Hello. I'm Alisha. I created this blog to honor the sacredness of the creative process and the spaces in which creativity is exercised.

This blog appreciates spaces (mental and physical), processes, and projects of (mainly) the writers, musicians, etc., especially the ones that I love.

A large component of this blog is images (mostly reblogged) because pictures are powerful as they provide that spark that leads to creation.

Please, note: Some posts may be a bit gory or sensual as these characteristics are a part of art and creation. So, proceed with caution if you are sensitive. We will be adopting the NSFW tag to better assist users. Moreover, no photos are mine unless stated. Please, help us help you. If your photo is on here and you'd rather it not be, contact us and it will be respectfully be removed.

How to use this blog: This space is an open, electronic scrapbook. It leans toward the darker side, a fascination acquired after countless childhood visits to old Victorian homes and college classes on Edgar Allen Poe and Romanticism. I hope you will be inspired by this creative space, too, no matter your creative endeavour.

How to use tags: They are sorted by suggested purpose. This may spark some ideas, or you can choose to ignore tags entirely. Embrace whatever works for your creative process and purpose.

The search box is useful for recent posts as the Tumblr search engine doesn't go too far back. But, you can always peruse the archive!
